We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack PHP Developer with expertise in WordPress to join our team. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom WordPress themes and plugins, as well as implementing new features and functionality to meet our clients' requirements. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of WordPress architecture, be proficient in front-end and back-end development, and possess extensive knowledge of popular WordPress themes and builders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with the design team to translate visual designs into functional WordPress websites.
- Customize existing WordPress themes to meet specific client needs and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Implement new features and functionality based on project requirements.
- Optimize website performance, including page load speed and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in WordPress development.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members when required.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Full Stack PHP Developer with a focus on WordPress development.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- In-depth knowledge of WordPress architecture, theme development, and plugin development.
- Experience with popular WordPress themes, including Divi, Elementor, Avada.
- Expertise in using WordPress builders like Elementor, Divi Builder, and WP Bakery.
- Familiarity with Shopify is a bonus.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive web design principles.
- Ability to convert visual designs into pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible WordPress themes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
