You will be responsible for setting appointments, appointment scheduling, lead generation, communication, and customer service on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Track all sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression of deals.
  • Cold calling and appointment scheduling between prospects and sales team
  • Target for Appointment scheduling
  • Cold Calling and email marketing is the major role.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our software and services and how they can solve customer needs and pain points
  • To make a minimum of 100 calls per day sourced from both marketing leads and self-identified prospects.
  • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • At least 2 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
