Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining ledgers.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Generate reports to provide insights into financial performance.
Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and other statutory requirements. Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
Payroll Management: Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial support and guidance. Assist with financial aspects of student admissions and services.
