We are looking for the services of the Manager Operations.
- Supervising and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship.
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to products, services, and customer care processes
