We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team in Islamabad. Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the buying or selling process
Generate leads, follow up with prospective buyers, and close sales
Conduct property tours, showcase projects, and provide clients with detailed information
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitive developments
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company
Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and sales activities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
Provide feedback on customer needs, project features, and market demands to the management team
Represent the company at real estate events, exhibitions, and networking sessions

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales
Strong understanding of the local property market and regulations in Islamabad
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
Minimum Intermediate (12th Standard's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
