We’re looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate should have a mix of technical, creative, and strategic skills. He /She will be responsible for managing our organizations digital marketing through all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy: Create and implement strategies to increase brand awareness.

Content Creation & Design: Make high-quality content for digital campaigns, like graphics, social media posts, infographics, newsletters and banners.

Video Production & Editing: Create and edit videos for campaigns, social media, websites, and other platforms, including animations and motion graphics.

Social Media Management: Manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube) to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Animated Video Production: Make animated videos for promotions and product demos using software.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, purchase, administration)

Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest trends related to our products and design to stay competitive.

Pre-Requisite for the Job:

Graphic Design: Skilled in design software. Able to create visuals that match the brand’s style and message.

Content Creation & Copywriting: Strong writing skills for creating engaging content for newsletters, social media, and websites.

Time Management & Organization: Good at staying organized and managing time. Able to handle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.

Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Capable of explaining ideas, giving feedback, and engaging with team members.

Interpersonal Skills: Skilled at building positive relationships with other colleagues. Able to collaborate well in a team and handle differences of opinion professionally and with ease.

Helpful Skills for the Job:

Video Editing & Production: Experienced in video editing tools to create and edit high-quality videos with motion graphics and animations.

Animation Skills: Expert in creating animated videos using software for engaging marketing content.

Attention to Detail & Creativity: Great at paying attention to details and finding creative solutions. Can think outside the box to come up with new ideas for our product-related digital marketing.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communications, or any related field.
