We are looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist who can manage end-to-end recruitment using modern assessment techniques. The ideal candidate should be skilled in psychometric evaluations, personality assessments, structured interviews, and background verification to ensure we hire only reliable and high-performance candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent
- Conduct structured interviews & competency-based hiring
- Utilize AI-powered tools & assessment techniques to evaluate candidates
- Perform reliability checks (background verification, reference checks, past job performance reviews, etc.)
Modern Assessment Techniques
- Implement Psychometric Testing (Big Five, DISC, MBTI, etc.)
- Analyze behavioral patterns & cognitive abilities for better hiring decisions
- Use personality profiling & cultural fit assessments
HR Operations & Employee Management
- Create a hiring checklist to ensure every candidate is screened thoroughly
- Manage onboarding & employee engagement
- Develop HR policies and handle compliance matters
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition & assessment tools
- Experience in behavioral & personality-based hiring techniques
- Familiarity with AI-based recruitment platforms (e.g., HireVue, Pymetrics, etc.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- HR certifications (SHRM, PHR, etc.) are a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR recruitment & talent assessment
