Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer bookings and cancellations via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide information about flight schedules, fares, and availability.
- Process ticketing, changes, and special requests.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints related to reservations.
- Manage booking systems and ensure all details are accurate.
- Offer up-selling services like seat upgrades, baggage, etc.
- Coordinate with the airline staff for smooth ticketing processes.
- Maintain a record of all transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Stay updated on company / airline policies and industry regulations.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduation (Preferably in marketing/communications)
- Previous experience in reservations (1-2 years).
- Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems.
- Females are encouraged to apply.
- Maximum Age is 35 Years.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organization.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and booking software including Galileo / Amadeus Sabre/ Hitit etc.
