We’re seeking a Real Estate Sales Closer with 1–2 years of experience on real estate campaigns to join our referral network and closing team. In this role, you’ll manage the final steps of the sales funnel—converting warm leads into signed contracts. You’ll work closely with sales reps and client success teams to ensure smooth closings and a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct closing calls and follow-ups with qualified real estate leads
Finalize contracts and ensure client requirements are fully understood and addressed
Communicate with prospects clearly and professionally to overcome objections and close deals
Handle any required paperwork or coordination with escrow/transaction teams
Maintain detailed records of communication and conversion progress
Collaborate with the sales and support team to ensure high client satisfaction
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience working on real estate sales or lead generation campaigns
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Prior experience in B2B or real estate environments preferred
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with confidence
Team-oriented with good organizational skills
