Khawaja Securities Islamabad is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our business development department. This department produces quality work for major clients in the market and seeks a person who can work on offline and online marketing/business development areas. Our company is looking for a candidate to work and create new clients (customer Acquisition), generate leads, and retain customers. As a business development executive, you will have to meet with clients and do presentations, etc. to convince them to open an account with us.

The ideal candidate will be a great fit for our energetic and creative team. Apply your knowledge of finance and sales to real-world financial modeling, analysis, and reporting with our experienced finance team. Our growth-oriented company is dedicated to providing you with valuable learning opportunities as you share your ideas and creativity with the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research and generate lists of potential customers

• make cold calls to customers and tell them about our services

• Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts

• Assist in evaluating new sales and marketing opportunities

• Learn and apply sales techniques, Maintain sales, clients’ records

• Conduct meetings inhouse or in customers' offices and present our services

• Present data-driven recommendations to the business development team

Requirements:

• Intermediate

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Highly motivated with a desire to learn

• Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred

• Driven and hard-working

• Ability to take direction and multi-task
