Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage network systems to ensure smooth and secure operations.
Perform real-time CCTV monitoring and troubleshoot security system issues.
Ensure network performance and security are up to standards.
Install and configure hardware, software, and security systems.
Provide technical support to ensure systems are operating efficiently.
Maintain and document network infrastructure, including upgrades and troubleshooting steps.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in network monitoring and CCTV monitoring in a reputable organization.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, security systems, and IT infrastructure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of hardware and software installation.
