Telesales Agent

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team at Ziarat-e-Quba. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping travelers by providing information about travel packages, resolving inquiries, and facilitating bookings. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth booking experience.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound and Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls and initiate outbound calls to potential clients to offer travel services, promotions, and packages.
Customer Assistance: Provide detailed information regarding travel destinations, package inclusions, visa requirements, flights, and accommodations.
Sales Support: Assist clients in booking travel services, including flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related products. Cross-sell and upsell travel packages and promotions.
Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints or issues with travel plans, and resolve queries with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain Client Records: Update customer records and booking details accurately in the agency’s CRM system.
Follow-up: Follow up on leads, inquiries, or bookings to ensure client satisfaction and to foster repeat business.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including sales agents and customer support, to ensure seamless operations.

Experience: Previous experience in a Telesales/customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary: Rs. 40,000
