Civil Engineer

Kingdom Group seeks a Civil Engineer with a civil retail site work background. Kingdom Group is a growing company with an extension of business in CBD, RUDA, Islamabad, and Gawadar including multiple retail development projects.

Job Description:

Civil Engineer will be responsible for performing planning-related analysis. AutoCAD drafting, graphics, & mapping also assist in plan designs. Must be able to supervise a group of technicians.

Skills & Education:

Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, and proficiency in ESRI, ARC GIS, ARC mapping software.
Knowledge of the principle methods and practices used in planning and zoning.
Good Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).
Ability to use MS Office.
Able to operate and properly utilize a variety of office equipment including but not limited to plotter various printers/copiers.
Able to work under time constraints and deadlines.
Able to complete complex projects and tasks in cooperation with other employees and supervisors.
Able to troubleshoot computer hardware and software problems related to GIS and CAD systems.
Read & Interpret plats, construction blueprints, and drawings.
Able to supervise 2-3 CAD/GIS technicians in a workgroup.
Photoshop a plus.
