We are looking for a meticulous and experienced QC Engineer/Supervisor/Inspector to ensure our manufacturing processes and products meet all quality standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, extensive shop floor QC experience, and proficiency with ASME and API standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and conduct quality control inspections on the shop floor.
  • Perform visual, dimensional, and non-destructive testing (NDT).
  • Compile detailed quality control reports and maintain QC dossiers.
  • Ensure compliance with ASME and API standards in all processes.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address and rectify quality issues.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create reports, track data, and communicate findings.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation and records.
  • Train and supervise QC team members.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related QC experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ASME and API standards.
  • Extensive shop floor QC experience is essential.
  • Strong experience in visual, dimensional, and NDT inspections.
  • Demonstrated ability to compile and manage QC dossiers.
  • ANST Level II certification for NDT is required.
