We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Solar Inverter Repair Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair solar inverters for residential, commercial, or industrial solar energy systems. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical knowledge, hands-on experience with solar inverters, and a commitment to maintaining system performance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose faults and failures in solar inverters and associated equipment.
Perform repairs and component replacements on-site or in a workshop setting.
Conduct electrical testing and inspections to ensure proper inverter functionality.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Collaborate with field teams to troubleshoot systems and identify recurring issues.
Maintain detailed service records and repair logs.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and electrical standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients or field staff.
Assist in warranty-related repair claims and documentation.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification in electrical or electronics preferred.
Proven experience in solar inverter repair or related electrical work.
Understanding of different types of solar inverters (string, microinverter, hybrid, etc.).
Familiarity with tools and equipment used in inverter testing and repair.
Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints and technical documents.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites if required.

Preferred Skills:

Certification from inverter manufacturers (e.g., SMA, Fronius, SolarEdge, Enphase).
Experience with monitoring systems and data logging platforms.
Knowledge of PV system design and installation principles.
