As a Sr. Architect at Kohistan Enclave-Wah, you will be responsible for the design, planning, and execution of residential buildings within our housing society. You will work closely with all stakeholders to ensure that all architectural aspects meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential as well as commercial architecture and be proficient in the latest architectural software.

Design and Planning: Develop innovative architectural designs for residential buildings and communal spaces within the housing society, ensuring alignment with client requirements and local regulations.

Project Management: Oversee all phases of the architectural process, from concept development to completion, including site analysis, zoning, and permitting.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility and quality of architectural designs.

Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly design principles to create energy-efficient and environmentally responsible housing solutions.

Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Client Communication: Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize architectural plans.

Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using advanced software tools.

Quality Control: Monitor the progress of construction to ensure that the architectural design is accurately implemented.
