Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Resource planning and dispatching of Service Team.
- Coordinate with HR/Admin for traveling accommodation related matters
- To update & maintain KPIs log/dashboard & record keeping
- To maintain correspondence with the service team, follow up on tasks, reports, planning and addressing any administrative support needed
- To create workflows and SOPs for the service team based on requirements as per Line Manager /HOD instructions
- To coordinate in planning & arranging skill development sessions (technical & soft skills)
- To process the expense claims & submission to HR
- To update, maintaining & follow-up on Service Quotations-to-Invoicing cycle in coordination with Finance department.
- Coordination with Clients, Line manager, intercompany departments
Skill Requirement & Competencies:
- Experience in office/service coordination or in a similar role
- Experience in customer service will be a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills including ability to interact effectively with multicultural teams.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
