Experienced dynamic individual preferably Graduate having 2-3 years’ experience in hotel management having ability to secure high occupancy level and see strategic financial and administrate duties, as under:
• Prepare & execute a successful business/marketing plan
• Have ability to attract customers through different segments including social media & international booking channels.
• Ensure top level services to the customers.
• Trouble-shoot any issues arising in operations.
• Managing budgeting expenditure, sales targets/revenues and optimizing profits.
• Supervise any maintenance work and renovations, suppliers, statistical and financial records.
• Safeguard security and compliance, conducting inspections where necessary.
• Keeping a watchful eye on both competitors and technological trends and innovations in hospitality with a view to leveraging any insights to build customer relations.
