Leaders BPO is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support while handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls. Your effective communication skills, active listening abilities, and keen attention to detail are essential to ensure customer inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently. You will be responsible for engaging with customers to provide information, answer queries, and help resolve any problems, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout each interaction. This position requires fluency in English and the ability to work the night shift. Whether you are an experienced professional or a fresh graduate, your enthusiasm and ability to deliver excellent service will play a vital role in our success.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone, ensuring clarity and thoroughness in communication.
  • Engage in outbound calls to customers for follow-up, surveys, or to address unresolved issues, maintaining a friendly and positive demeanor.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and needs to provide appropriate solutions and information.
  • Document customer interactions meticulously, updating the database with accurate information and follow-up actions as required.
  • Identify customer complaints or issues and escalate them to the appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential customers, introducing services and promoting current offers while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals while maintaining high service standards.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Utilize customer service software and tools efficiently to handle inquiries and track interactions, ensuring all communications are logged correctly.
  • Adapt to various customer personalities and manage stressful situations with composure, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule and manage appointments or follow-up calls as needed to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.
