Responsible for handling of indenting & credit Control Operations.
Manual and electronic verification of Delivery Advice.
Endorsement of Delivery Note.
Manual and electronic preparation / checking of Sales Invoice.
Reconciliation of Delivery Advice & Delivery Notes with respective Department.
Daily reconciliation of Sales (Cylinder Wise) with respective Departments.
Incorporation of Bank Payments in respective accounts.
Coordinating with banks for confirmation of online payments
Reconciliation of customer accounts
Follow-up with Sales Team for timely resolution of outstanding issues.
Preparation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports.
Reconciling Daily sales, stocks and receipts of cylinders with the other department
Accuracy of business data for onward evaluation and decision making for the Senior Management.
Ensure compliance of company record keeping procedure.
Any other assignments assigned by management from time to time
