This is a full-time on-site role as an assistant manager Maintenance. The role involves overseeing maintenance activities, optimizing maintenance processes, and ensuring the efficiency of maintenance operations by closely interaction with Maintenance Technicians and Supervisors.
Ability to develop and follow Maintenance Schedules and ensure the maintenance activities are done as per schedule and up to client satisfaction.Experience and Capabilities3 to 8 years Experience in maintenance of Fire Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control SystemsKnowledge of maintenance best practices and techniques related to Fire Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systemsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesRelevant technical certifications or trainingBachelor`s degree in EngineeringP.S. HSE Certified candidates will be given preference.
