Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will:

  1. Develop and Execute Digital Strategies:

    • Plan, create, and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
  2. SEO and SEM Management:

    • Optimize website performance and rankings through on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
    • Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI.
  3. Content Marketing:

    • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging, and optimized content for blogs, social media, and websites.
    • Develop content calendars to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  4. Social Media Marketing:

    • Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Develop creative strategies to increase engagement, followers, and conversions.
  5. Analytics and Performance Tracking:

    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media insights to track and measure campaign performance.
    • Provide actionable reports and insights to improve strategies continuously.
  6. Email Marketing:

    • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
    • Optimize email performance through A/B testing and personalization.
  7. Stay Updated with Trends:

    • Monitor industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
  8. Client/Stakeholder Communication (if applicable):

    • Present campaign results, progress reports, and recommendations effectively to clients or stakeholders.

Requirements

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Core Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Social Media Ads (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in digital marketing with measurable results (e.g., increased traffic, leads, or conversions).
  • Portfolio showcasing successful campaigns or projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or HubSpot.
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing software for creative content development.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
