Call Center Representative

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic outbound call center team during the evening shift. As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you will play a key role in making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting services, and ensuring excellent customer interaction in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues related to the services offered.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy during all customer interactions.
Record and update customer information in the system accurately.
Meet daily and weekly performance targets (e.g., call volume, customer satisfaction).
Collaborate with team members and management to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum educational requirement: Matriculation (High School Diploma or equivalent).
Previous experience in an outbound call center or sales role is a plus, but not required.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet targets.
Must be available to work the evening shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software are an advantage.
