An opportunity is available for an IT trainer for an early morning shift with the following responsibilities. Prior teaching experience is highly regarded.
- Proven 5+ years of IT industry experience
- Strong knowledge of IT, Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA, AWS, Oracle and Cyber Security, networking, cloud computing, and databases
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling administrative challenges
- Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
- A positive and adaptable attitude, always willing to go the extra mile to support the team and company
