Project Details:
- Client Industry: Retail (Tools, Construction Products, and Services)
- Query Types: Complaints, shipment issues, refunds, sales/offers, and bulk buying solutions.
- Work Schedule: 24/6 (Rotational shifts, including nights and weekends).
- Training: 10 days of comprehensive online training before going live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complaints, shipment issues, and refund requests.
- Assist with sales, offers, and bulk buying inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to meet performance targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent (graduates preferred).
- Prior customer support experience is a bonus but not required.
