As a Customer Support Representative for a US Customer Support Project with a leading American retail company specializing in tools and construction products. You’ll handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Project Details:

  • Client Industry: Retail (Tools, Construction Products, and Services)
  • Query Types: Complaints, shipment issues, refunds, sales/offers, and bulk buying solutions.
  • Work Schedule: 24/6 (Rotational shifts, including nights and weekends).
  • Training: 10 days of comprehensive online training before going live.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve complaints, shipment issues, and refund requests.
  • Assist with sales, offers, and bulk buying inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (graduates preferred).
  • Prior customer support experience is a bonus but not required.
