- Responsible for making payments against invoices and claims on timely basis
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date ledgers of vendors and other payables.
- Responsible for making utilities payments on timely basis to avoid late payment surcharges.
- Coordinate with supply chain for receiving accurate data relating to payments.
- Responsible for creditors reconciliation according to management plan from time to time
