We are seeking an experienced and motivated Female Recruitment Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the BPO industry. This role requires someone who is well-versed in the recruitment lifecycle, has a deep understanding of BPO operations, and can effectively manage the recruitment process to meet the company’s staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various positions within the BPO sector.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job portals, social media, and networking events.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and performance to senior management.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in recruitment, with a strong preference for candidates with BPO industry experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Location: Candidates must reside within a 10 KM radius of Saddar, Karachi, to ensure ease of commute. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with the Central/South District areas.
  • Drop-off Service: A drop-off service is available for female employees living within a 10 KM radius of our Saddar office
