Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals.

IT Infrastructure & Operations:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud services.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and availability of the organization’s IT systems.
- Plan and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Project Management:
- Lead IT projects from planning through implementation, ensuring deadlines, budget, and objectives are met.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.
Cybersecurity & Compliance:
- Implement and enforce security policies to protect the organization’s data and IT systems.
- Stay updated with regulatory requirements and industry standards for IT security and compliance.
- Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery protocols are in place.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Negotiate contracts and purchase new software, hardware, or services as required.
Support & Troubleshooting:
- Oversee the helpdesk or support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT-related issues.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to staff and end-users.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategies with the company’s goals.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations to improve the organization’s operations.
