Coordinator Temporary Imports (I-bond & M-bond) is responsible to do the following activities: -

M-Bond & I-Bond Responsibilities:-  

  1. Make sure every temporary import entry is properly classified into manufacturing bond or bank guarantee type.
  2. Prepare or review consumption of imported material is appropriately reflected in invoice and related documents.
  3. Maintain temporary import books regularly.
  4. Compare book balances and physical stocks at every month's end and submit a report. 
  5. Preparation & review of consumption formulas as an ongoing process and report any discrepancies found.
  6. Timely apply renewals of manufacturing bond licenses and consumption formulas.
  7. Timely apply bank guarantee cancellation.  
  8. Prepare monthly statements for submission to customs authorities.
  9. Get the records audited on time.  
  10. Monitor the movement of temporary imports to find slow-moving items and propose the best solution.
  11. Liaison with the customs clearing agent at the export stage so that consumption is recorded properly.
  12. Review each and every submitted goods declaration to ensure that the agent entered the consumption accurately
  13. Liaison with customs authorities on matters related to M. Bond & I. Bond.
  14. Preparation of M. Bond audit record.
  15. Suggest the improvement in the temporary import management system.
  16. Any other tasks as and when assigned by HOD/Management.

Taxation Responsibilities:-

  1. Preparation of annual statement of withholding tax U/S 149.
  2. Preparation of annual income tax returns working of Directors and Managers. 
  3. Any other duty as assigned by the CFO.
