HR Assistant

We are seeking a highly competent HR Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in HR operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring
Administer employee documentation, such as contracts and termination notices
Develop and implement training programs, including needs assessment and execution
Manage attendance, holidays, and resolve employee conflicts
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives

Besides standard quality assurance practices raw materials are imported only from ISO certified European sources, which originally sourced Metallogen GmbH.
