Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
- Oversee daily accounting operations including the management of general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights for budget adjustments and operational efficiency.
Real Estate Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis on property acquisitions, sales, and investment projects.
- Track and report on the performance of real estate assets, including profitability, return on investment, and capital expenditures.
Tax Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of taxes, including VAT, income tax, and property taxes.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and government authorities to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Financial Reporting & Documentation:
- Provide monthly and quarterly financial reports to management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and variances.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for audits and internal use
Property Management Accounting:
- Manage and track accounts related to property leasing, rental income, and maintenance expenses.
- Prepare reports for real estate property owners and investors, detailing income, expenses, and profit/loss analysis.
