Amazon Account Assistant

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Amazon Account Assistant to support the daily operations of our Amazon storefront. The ideal candidate will assist with product listings, inventory management, customer service, and other tasks that ensure the smooth running of the Amazon account.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings, ensuring accuracy in titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
Assist with inventory monitoring and restocking to ensure products are always available for customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Optimize product listings for search engine visibility and performance on Amazon.
Monitor account health, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
Provide analytical support by reviewing sales data and identifying trends.
Coordinate with the team to ensure timely product shipments and fulfillment.
Process returns and refunds according to Amazon’s policies.
Support the management of Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products.
Assist in managing promotions, deals, and discounts.
