Human Resource Manager

The Human Resources Manager will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Manage the hiring process, including interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new employees
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Develop and implement employee development programs to enhance career growth and retention
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Experience:

5+ years of experience in human resources management or a related field

Education:

Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
