Sales Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating sales, assisting clients with visit visa services, and promoting our travel packages.

Key Responsibilities

Actively promote visit visa services and travel packages to potential clients.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, providing exceptional customer service.
Generate leads through online and offline marketing strategies, ensuring consistent sales growth.
Maintain a database of clients and follow up regularly to build lasting relationships.
Educate clients about visa requirements, documentation, and processes for different countries.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for visit visa services.
Handle any client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
Knowledge of visit visa processes for popular destinations is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Language: Fluency in English and Urdu; knowledge of Punjabi is an advantage.
