We are looking to recruit an Audit Manager to join our busy audit team. Applicants should be part-qualified ACA/ACCA and should have experience assisting on audit assignments.
Duties will include:
- Building strong relationships with new and established clients
- Planning audit engagements and leading onsite teams
- Analysis of accounting data from client's books and records
- Completing a variety of areas of audit work which includes the identification of issues, analysis of data, articulation of findings, and the ability to draw informed conclusions; Liaising with clients to resolve any queries, escalating more complex matters to manager/partner
- Reviewing team members’ work before passing the completed file to the manager/partner
- Coaching juniors and providing feedback on the quality of their work and performance
- Controlling assignment time in line with the pre-determined budget
- Developing new insights and proposing innovative solutions to help enhance audit quality
- Ensuring compliance with external (regulatory) and internal (audit methodology and risk management) requirements
- Identify and understand client's needs, providing initial solutions to client challenges and subsequently executing those.
