CA inter with 2 years of experience in Chartered Accountancy firm
Duties include:
- Preparation of UK statutory accounts from client records
- Preparing ETB from client records writing queries for client
- Occasionally getting on the phone with clients to resolve queries.
- Communicating with clients via email.
- Admin tasks, such as organizing scanned post, dealing with HMRC and Companies house queries over the phone.
Skill set required:
- Good spoken English
- Excellent MS Excel skills - vlookup, Pivot tables, if conditions
- Excellent with double entry
- Excellent with the preparation of balance sheets and profit/loss
- Good software learner
- Good analytical skills to identify errors in the balance sheet and/or P/L
- Well organized and good management skills
The ideal candidate is the one who has passed the advanced taxation exam and ACCA affiliate with 2 years of experience in accountancy practice.
Please note that we require you to work according to UK office hours, i.e. 9 am to 6pm but not limited to this time. I expect you to take responsibility for the extra work load and work extra to finish tasks/jobs.
