- Ensured compliance with Bank's policies and procedures as well as SBP/prudential regulations for smooth conduct of Bark Operations efficiently and consistency.
- Ensured to input all relative activities which has been received from branches though email Zakat, KYC, Tax Exemption, Account title, mobile Updating, Restriction removed etc.) Policies & documentation requirement.
- Coordinate with vendors and Finance Team regarding their payment and submit invoices in Oracle for processing.

- Keeping a strong follow-up on all the issues reported via emails and providing correct and immediate resolution.
- Coordination with MMBL Branches & HO department for smooth handling of all Operational activities.
- Any Other Task Assigned By line manager.
