You will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our products/services as a solution. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
