We are seeking a motivated and experienced Closer to join our dynamic call center team. As a Closer, you will be responsible for finalizing sales with prospective clients who have expressed interest in our final expense insurance plans. Your role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive the protection they need with a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients over the phone to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our final expense insurance plans.
- Address client objections and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Guide clients through the application process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective closing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Closer in a call center or sales environment, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of final expense insurance products and their benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
