- Manage and Support virtualization platforms such as VMware, vSphere, vRealize, NSX, Microsoft Hyper-V, OR Citrix Xen server.
- Manage and support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions, such as VMware Horizon or Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
- Troubleshoot VDI issues, including desktop provisioning, user profile management, and connectivity problems.
- Implement and maintain security measures for virtualized environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide expert-level support for virtualization and VDI-related issues.
