We are looking for an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team.
If you have over 2 years of experience in customer service, especially in the technology or GPS tracking sector, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone, and chat regarding our GPS vehicle tracking services.
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers, helping them resolve issues related to vehicle tracking and account management.
- Assist customers in understanding how to use our GPS tracking devices and services effectively.
- Process requests such as device activations, troubleshooting, and account updates.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
- Work closely with our technical support team to solve more complex issues quickly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied and to maintain strong relationships.
- Achieve performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on our products, services, and industry trends to offer the best support to our customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the GPS tracking sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other call center software.
- Strong problem solving skills and a customer first mindset.
