In close collaboration and coordination with the Project Manager and the Senior Management, provide the required leadership and technical oversight to ensure that project activities are effectively implemented in requirements with the GOAL within the target region.

  • Build and strengthen linkages with project stakeholders at the district level, including relevant government representatives, community leaders, and religious leaders.
  • Supervise the work of the staff in the districts in terms of attendance, work planning, implementation, logistics, and other management-related tasks.
  • Lead and managed activities of the GOAL Project including advocacy initiatives, meetings, consultations, and seminars.
  • Develop district-level project reports including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Collate, review, and finalize field reports and other documents.
  • Develop event reports, presentations, and documents, as needed.
  • Identify challenges and resolve any outstanding issues which would impede the smooth implementation of project activities.
  • Work with the M&E Department and project team on strengthening the use of M&E data across the project through the use and distribution of M&E reports.
  • Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
