A reputed firm in Islamabad is seeking a research administrator in its Islamabad office near COMSATS University on Park Road, with following job description:
- Implementation of the assigned projects: Have the execution the projects according to the project plan, have forms and records developed to document project activities, have set up of files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured in both hard and soft form, establish a communication schedule on the progress of the project, ensure that deliverable quality meets the project standards. Ensure that the project deliverables are on time. Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.
- Accomplish, oversee and prioritize projects and tasks within the group, ensuring they are executed on time and within scope.
- Provide effective leadership to the group, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Mentor, coach, and motivate team members to achieve their performance objectives.
- Set clear expectations, performance standards, and goals for the group, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with senior management to align group initiatives with the organization's mission and vision.
- Implement strategies to achieve goals and continuously assess progress.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Implement best practices for project management, quality assurance, and performance improvement.
- Resolve conflicts and address issues within the group in a constructive manner.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the group.
- Generate regular reports on group performance, making data-driven decisions for improvement.
- Ensure that the group operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Promote a culture of ethics, integrity, and compliance within the group.
- Undertake any other task as indicated by the senior management
- Able to work out of comfort zone
- Wiling to undertake any kind of travel (local or international)
