Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh graduates in IT or Computer Science (no prior experience required).
- Strong understanding of technical concepts with good presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Hiring Process:
- Training Period (15 Days):
- Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive 15-day free training program to understand our processes and standards.
- Assessment Task:
- After training, candidates will be required to create 1-2 video lectures for evaluation.
- Job Offer:
- Based on performance, successful candidates will be offered a job.
- Probation Period (3 Months):
- An initial 3-month probation period will be conducted to assess long-term potential.
- Permanent Employment:
- After successful completion of the probation, candidates will be offered a permanent position.
