Operations Manager

We are seeking an intelligent, efficient, and discreet Person reporting to our COO. The ideal candidate will possess 5 years of exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Education: Minimum BBA or ACCA

Responsibilities:

Responsible for management meetings with internal and external stakeholders in guidance with the COO
Efficiently schedule meetings, appointments and daily routine tasks
Responsible for managing travel and cost management of employees
Book and coordinate complex travel arrangements.
Develop, maintain, and improve organized documentation and process management procedures.
