- Carrying out reception duties, collecting information, settling patients in and/or providing them with guidance.
- Creating, updating, monitoring and archive records.
- Applying protocols and procedures.
- Carrying out basic procedures under the responsibility and according to the instructions of the doctor and/or nurse (blood pressure, weight, pregnancy tests, nutritional screening, rapid orientation and screening tests, etc.)
- Following-up and providing information to patients/users.
- Assisting patients (travel, meals, hygiene, etc.)
- Reporting information and observations to members of the medical and social teams.
- Cleaning and sterilizing material and equipment.
- Participating in education and/or prevention sessions.
