Assistant Distribution Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Distribution Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our distribution operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of our pharmaceutical products. This role requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in the pharma industry.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily distribution operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels.
Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical distribution regulations and standards.
Coordinate with warehouse staff and logistics partners to streamline distribution processes.
Prepare and maintain accurate distribution records and reports.
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the distribution process.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (mandatory), and other relevant software
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
