Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory documents (e.g., new drug applications, product dossiers, variations, renewals) to health authorities for product registration and approval.
- Support the review and approval process for product labeling and packaging materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including accurate and clear product information.
- Stay updated on local, national, and international pharmaceutical regulations, laws, and guidelines.
- Learn to interpret and apply regulatory requirements across various product stages, from development to marketing.
- Gain understanding of export procedures, especially for Nutraceutical Products.
- Research new export markets and manage international customers.
- Contribute to national/international franchise setup.
- Prepare customized print material, artwork, and labels per customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., FDA, ICH, GMP).
- Strong attention to detail for regulatory document preparation.
- Develop marketing skills, especially for international customer interactions.
- Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics is a plus.
- Enhance analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex regulatory requirements.
- Good English communication skills, especially for international customer communication.
