Responsibilities:

Manage accounting clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Reconcile bank accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Prepare invoices and bills using accounting so ware, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
Assist in month-end accounting procedures, including accruals, prepayments, and journal entries.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of client deliverables.
Support the preparation of management reports, including financial statements, budget variance analysis, and other relevant reports.
Maintain organized and updated accounting records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in commerce (BCOM) or Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in accounting.
Proficiency in accounting so ware (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo, Tally, etc.) and MS excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in an accounting role or internship is a plus, but not mandatory.
