Omega Tech Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative  /  BPO/Sales Associate to join our team to increase sales, grow our customer base Internationally and contribute to company's rapid growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and customer-focused skills to become a succesfull CSR.  

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
  • Work with our production team to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication both Verbal & Written
  • Fluency in English.
  • Preferably Becholars or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer support experience.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Familiarity with packaging materials and products is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
